Doug is an experienced leader, communicator, team builder and coach with a demonstrated track record working in the athletics, military, higher education, and with businesses in different domains. He is skilled in organizational development and change, leader and leadership development, building high performance teams, executive coaching, facilitation and assessment.  Doug served for over 22 years in the Air Force where he held varied roles such as scientist, professor, psychologist, director, among other roles.  Since leaving the military, he has worked for several higher education institutions, businesses, and consulting organizations developing leadership programs and educational courses focused on executive education and development.  In addition to his consulting and coaching, he is the Executive Editor for the Center for Character and Leadership Development at the United States Air Force Academy.  Doug earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from the United States Air Force Academy, his Master’s in Experimental Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus on Leadership from the Pennsylvania State University.  He has over 150 publications and presentations on leadership and is a sought after speaker regarding organizational dynamics, leadership development, and coaching.

Jimmy is an executive coach, organizational consultant, assessor, and adjunct faculty at Penn State University.  He spent the first part of this professional career as an officer in the United States Air Force where he held several leadership positions and has presented and published numerous works on leadership and leader development.  He has worked in the fields of healthcare, retail, manufacturing, engineering and construction firms, aerospace, defense, technology, non-profit organizations, and education, as well as multiple federal government agencies. His areas of expertise include senior-executive and high-potential coaching, executive leadership assessment and development, and team-centric coaching. His goal with executive leaders is to integrate their motives, aspirations, strengths, hidden talents, and developmental areas with their key goals to create a plan for the desired future. He realizes that the foundation for this objective requires trust, so he approaches coaching as an essential partnership. Clients routinely comment on Jimmy’s direct yet warm communication style along with the skill, intuition, and savvy he brings to the coaching relationship. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of San Diego in leadership studies and a Master of Arts degree in counseling and human services from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.  He is certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and certified in the interpretation of a broad range of personality assessments as well as 360 feedback instruments.

Richard Ramsey

Rich’s interests are leader and leadership development and organizational alignment.  In addition to executive coaching, he leads workshops that address personal, interpersonal, team, and organizational development. He believes in creating opportunities that enable people to be their best possible selves, to lift others, and to elevate the performance of the teams and organizations they serve.  Prior to consulting, he was career Army officer.  During his over 22 years of active duty service in the United States Army, Rich served three tours in Iraq conducting combat operations as a cavalry squadron operations officer and partnered with, advised, and mentored Iraqi Army and Police from the battalion to Provincial level in Baghdad, Dhi Qar Province, and Basra. He retired from the Army in November 2016 as a lieutenant colonel. Rich is a 1994 graduate of the University of Michigan (BA, Political Science) and a 2003 graduate of Long Island University (MS, Counseling and Leader Development).
